The overall objective of the UNET team’s interventions is to transfer knowledge and strengthen capacity. The aim is to promote an internal change process involving factors such as: knowledge, skills, work processes, tools, systems, authority patterns and management style.
We are used to providing different types of training, formal and on the job training particularly in i) Public Private Partnerships, ii) Management Information System, iii) Procurement, iv) Internal control, v) Finance and accounting, and vi) Audit.
