Phase 3 of the MoU, UNET provides support to the Project Leader to define the next steps for setting up the PPP project:

  • Options for a PPP contract.
  • With International Financial Institutions, selection of blended-fund mechanism.
  • Coordinating the preparation of the loan agreement(s) with the IFI(s) by assisting the PPP leader in all phases until the conclusion of the agreement(s) and the release of IFI(s) funds.
